Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Arbonne Protein or 1 serving of Quest Protein
4.5 tablespoons egg whites or egg beaters
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup water- start with this then add as needed for pancake consistency
1/4 cup sugar free syrup or other topping of choice
Directions:
Mix Protein, egg whites or beaters, baking powder, and water in a mixing bowl.
Add water as need till mix is pancake consistency
Heat pan on stove or heat a griddle
Spray with nonstick spray or lightly oil the pan or griddle
Once pan or griddle is warm, pour pancake mix into circles of desired size
Top with your favorite topping! I like sugar free syrup or peanut butter!
- Makes 3- 5 pancakes depending on the size
