Protein "Bread"
Ingredients:
2 scoops Arbonne Protein
.5 cups coconut flour
1.5 cups egg beaters or egg whites
2 eggs
1 plain Greek Yogurt- 5.3oz
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon to your liking (optional)
1/4 cup water (add more as needed for a cake consistency
8X8 square or round cake pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Mix Arbonne protein, coconut flour, and baking power in a large bowl
Add 2 eggs to the dry mix and stir (will be thick and not mix well)
Add and stir in 1.5 cups egg beaters or egg whites
Slowly add 1/4 cup water (you may need more or less than this depending on what protein you use. You want the mix to be the same thickness as a cake batter would be.)
Grease pan
Pour mixture into pan
Make sure batter is even
Bake at 375 F for 30-35 minutes
Cut into 8 equal servings
Store in the fridge
This taste best after it is cold
Can enjoy plain or add strawberries or peanut butter or another toping of your liking!

I have not made this with other proteins so I cannot tell you the exact measurements or baking consistency for them but I would assume for the protein portion just do a serving.
